TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The prices can flex according to the commission's difficulty level. For example, it can raise in case of the clothing being too detailed, or lower in case it has a simple design. This will be decided before the commission process starts.2. I only take payments via PayPal. Any transaction taxes are going to be charged as well.3. Your request can take 1 to 3 months for its conclusion, depending on my agenda. I will always keep you updated on the order's status.4. You can request a deadline. In case the deadline is too short, or you want to be moved to the top of my waiting list, it will be extra charged in 20% of the order's integral price.5. Payments are effectuated 50% before and 50% after the sketch is delivered, for safety reasons for both parts. Taxes included.6. The model's payment can only be refunded until the sketching part is done. If so, then a percentage of 90% of the integral price will be charged back. After the drawing process has started, it can not be refunded. However, if the order is a VTuber model with both art and rigging included and the commissioner wishes to cancel the rigging part, if it hasn't started yet, 40% of the integral price will be refunded. All the files referring to the commission will be available in case of refunding.7. The commercial use fee is already included in my prices.8. DO NOT EDIT MY ART BY ANY MEANS. If wanted so, ask me first.9. Please provide me with illustrated or photographed references for the character's design. Characters without a set design will be extra charged.
